Raino’s human-centric front-end design allows to send and receive requests, invoices, and payments on the go, in a familiar environment of a messenger app. The software’s desktop version provides a holistic view of all assets and asset-related administrative and financial activity.
Raino was born out of the personal experience and needs of an EA to an UHNW individual, whose daily workload included constant communication with hundreds of service providers.
Spending hours on repetitive tasks, with no structure to inbound and outbound communication , wasting precious time on searching for information and invoice attachments through endless email chains, Feodor, Raino’s Founder, decided to create a one-place solution for messaging and payments to automate his daily routines, while maintaining and even exceeding the security standards of a traditional banking platform.
Raino exceeded Feodor’s expectations, allowing him and his vendors to bring structure to their daily or ad hoc interactions while maintaining the inherent flexibility of natural human communication. The main benefit for Feodor was in freeing up his time to better respond to the needs of his main Client whereas for the Client, Raino provided the unseen levels of transparency and accountability, much sought-after in an UHNW environment.
Raino had been tested for over 2 years within the Founder’s network of service providers. It is now available for demo testing in the market.
Feodor Kouznetsov is a well-known figure in the ultra-high-net-worth industry globally. As the right-hand man of an ultra-rich, Feodor has spent the past ten years ‘dealing with anything and everything’ as he himself puts it.
Born in Soviet Russia, he moved to Denmark at the age of ten. Entrepreneurial by nature, he started working when he was twelve taking random job opportunities until he landed his first ‘real’ job in an electronics store where he sold computers and early mobile phones. This was his first encounter with the world of tech which has fascinated him ever since. A year into his sales job, he had already Flaunched his own IT business where he took many roles, from web development and software configuration to marketing, until in 2009 he was hired as an Executive Assistant to an UHNW individual.
Being an Executive Assistant has taught Feodor to appreciate the value of time and human empathy. He is convinced that no robot can address a human need to trust and confide in.
This, however, became increasingly challenging for Feodor to give to his client. As an EA he has become a single-window of communication for the whole ecosystem of the UHNWi which includes hundreds of stakeholders. Managing all vendors servicing client-owned assets was taking up too much of his time and energy.
Hence, finding a solution to outsource repetitive tasks and to bring structure to all communication with service providers was the key to success in his role.
Passionate about tech, Feodor imagined, developed and tested a sophisticated digital platform which addresses the fundamental needs of anyone operating in the UHNW industry. Raino was conceived to help Feodor be the best Executive Assistant his client could have wished for and now Feodor is ready to share his brainchild with the world.
